I think it is important to seek assistance from those who have the training and experience necessary to get to the root of a question and uncover its foundation. It is the only path to complete understanding of the topic/problem/challenge. I approach all learning experiences in this way and guide those that I assist through the same process. Discovering the "what" of an issue will usually lead us the the "why and how" and that is where full understanding resides.
