I have completed my bachelor of science in Mathematics optioned in Actuarial Science and am working toward my master in Actuarial Science in Boston University. I have experiences with tutoring with my classmates and younger class students. I was also involved in the math club and volunteered as free math tutor during my college years.

Personal Statement :
My name is . I have an MBA in Finance from the rshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. For over 8 years I have worked for the accounting and financial operations of several organizations, both private and publicly traded. My work has included General Journal Production, GAAP compliance, Subsidiary Ledger Reconciliation, Monthly Closing of Books of Record, Financial Statements Preparation, Financial Reporting, Budget Preparation and Administration, Variance Analysis, Cost Accounting and nagement Reporting. \ I have an excellent grasp of accounting and a natural gift as a teacher. My teaching philosophy is to ensure that my students gain a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of accounting on which we can then build the academic requirements of the accounting coursework. I have taught crash courses for mid-terms and finals to students at Boston University and Northeastern. I am very familiar with the coursework and the testing methods. Accounting can evoke dread and frustration in ny students. I have met a number of students who have consistently done well at school and college, and even have no trouble with numbers but find themselves frustrated with accounting. I believe that the reason behind this reaction to accounting is the way it’s taught. Accounting is usually taught by illustrating examples of conventions for different type of business events. In most cases only a perfunctory overview is provided for what l like to call “the accounting logic”. Once a student has grasped the accounting logic, the rest of the journey with accounting should be exceptionally easy. I love teaching. My style is to patiently teach someone the fundamentals and the internal logic of a subject. This aids in dispelling any unfounded aversion to the subject and helps in easing into more advanced concepts in a more enjoyable way.
